thought i would add a photo of my bespoke lamb madras/jalfrezi after reading my fellow curry lovers frying techniques i bought myself a camping stove and used the reducing and adding the gravy repeatedly technique and must say i noticed a huge difference in taste! thx guys!

Good job tez. It's that reduction with minimal liquid that really makes the difference.

hi cory ander think it was you m8 :thumbup: adding a little gravy at a time and reducing it down to a bear paste and repeating the process.
@ rshome123 yea it really does m8 i am really happy with the end results .
