thought i would add a photo of my bespoke lamb madras/jalfrezi after reading my fellow curry lovers frying techniques i bought myself a camping stove and used the reducing and adding the gravy repeatedly technique and must say i noticed a huge difference in taste! thx guys!

hi cory ander think it was you m8 adding a little gravy at a time and reducing it down to a bear paste and repeating the process.
