Last nights tea

Post by Willyeckerslike »

Hi all after months of working away I finally got a weekend off at home and the Mrs decided to have a weekend away with her mates!

So I decided to cook curry as you do!

What I did also was have a first attempt at the happy naans. These are the bees knees for the home cook as far as I am concerned

Sorry about the photo quality, the beer was taking hold and there aren't enough pixels on my camera for the amount of curry spatter!

I had the naan along with CA's chicken madras but I cooked the chicken in the base sauce for 30-40 mins which for me works brilliantly.

Looks delicious willy, thanks for sharing. I thought it was a prawn dish at first, must be a prawn shaped piece of chicken!

I also find getting decent photos difficult, food photography is a real art!
