Made a few Curries this past week
Through the past week these are the Curries i've made all using Cory Anders base sauce and recipes except for the Patia. I used Cory anders spice mix 2.
Garlic Chilli Chicken
By far the winner of all the curries we have tried recently.
Chicken Madras
I made this for myself when I made the Mrs the Korma. Made it red hot and sat in sniffeling bliss!
Chicken Korma.
This is one of the Mrs' fav's. She loved it but said a little less coconut and sugar in the future.
Chicken Patia.
I can't actually remember what recipe I used for this. It was made using CA's base sauce and contains food colouring hence the deep red.
These have been the best results we have ever had. I put that down in no small part to cory's excellent base recipe.
Although if I do say so myself, my cooking skills are improving.
Thanks eveyone, great Forum, great content.

Hi Del
i've added in some links to the recipes for ease of reference. Out of interest, what spice mix did you use?

Nice job, thanks for sharing your photos. The garlic chilli chicken looks like one I definitely need to try out.
Re: Made a few Curries this past week
Thanks folks.
Sveedy, I used Cory anders spice mix 2.
The rice is just generic shop bought stuff. Haven't made a decent batch of rice yet =/
Something I need to practice really but I've been addicted to cooking the curry haha.

I'm actually making another tonight for dinner. The other half isn't a big Madras fan but i've convinced her to try this one.
Just need to keep the spice down a little.
I'll post some pics of the cooking process and final article.
