Chicken Garlic Naga

Tried 'Chicken Garlic Naga' tonight from CBM2.

This was my first taste of 'Mr Naga'. When I first tasted the curry, I thought that the pickle was over-powering to the detriment of the rest of the flavours. About half way through, I was really starting to enjoy it. By the end, was loving it and definitely planning a re-run.

Looks like I'm a 'Mr Naga' convert! :D

Ha! Already had a teaspoonful! :)

Was trying to work out what the flavour, and even more so the smell, reminded me of. Realised now that it's a 'Carribbean Hot Pepper Sauce' that used to come plastered over chicken curry wraps in a bar whilst on holiday in St. Lucia. Can't remember any more about that sauce other than it was bright yellow!
