New base recipe

Finaly got to get the pans out and come up with a similar replica base but easier, The smell and taste is lovely, No carrots, Cabbage, And slightley spiced differentely, Will post recipe and pics of final dish soon.

Looking forward to it. Why did you change the bunjarra and the spicing may I ask?

How many curries do you get thru snoopy? You always seem to be cooking bases! :)
"Don't burn the spices" is the most dangerous truism of all - because it's incomplete. It should be "Don't burn the spices but do cook them!"
You'll never make BIR if you're too cautious frying your spices.....

Ive changed it for simplicity and to get a lighter flavour, After last nights curry got to say this was absolutely awesome, It was a real TA and i cant get any closer than this,
I get throu about 3 curries a week natterjak, Plus my mate has 1 the mrs and kids, They love them,
