Chicken Vindaloo
i had to turn off the gas a couple times while i collected the ingredients at some stages, used lemon instead of lime, geustimated the amnts when adding 150 ml = abt 10 tblsp 300 ml = abt 20 tblsp
used 2 tspn of pataks jar of kashmiri paste instead of 2 dried kash chils ground , wouldnt know where to source this in usa.
used julians curry2go base
going to use naan,
though im wondering if anyone has a recipe for the garlic buttery naan that are served in bir's, id assume youd just cook the naan as per julians version then add a finely diced garlic and melted butter sauted in pan and brushed onto the top of the naan?

have a look at Cory Ander's naan recipe which gives the option for making garlicy naans (basically brushing with garlic butter).
