Some of Sundays dinner

Post by edwin catflap »

Fancied something different for Sunday dinner, so I knocked up some of CBM's shaslik and Dips Bombay Potato and also some of Colin Grigsons dhal (no photo of this sadly)

It was deelish, I also had a bought in naan bread made by Golden Spike which i quite like as they are thin and light.

Piccies here:

Cheers Snoops!

Gonna be a regular of mine I think as it "feels" a little healthier to me! probably alternate between this and saucy curries.

Your food looks delicious Edwin.

Have also tried pre-made Naan bread such as the one you mentioned, bought from asian grocery store. Not as good as fresh made, but a lot better than supermarket varieties.

Hi RS

I agree about the naans, not bad for shop bought. CBM's/Happy Chris's naans are on my list to make this weekend. Fingers crossed!

Hi Snoops

I am a saucy curry lover as well , just fancied something a little lighter for dinner (lunch)

Here's one of my saucy personal favourites made by my fair hand CA's CTM Phall and mushroom pilau (on the forum banner) :D
