Thanks CA, i did use a little more base than in the video reducing down it was a wonderful tasting dish.

Did you work out what the undefined ingredient was (ground coriander? asafoetida?) that he added at the beginning?

CA i used 1 tsp coriander powder, whether this was indeed correct or not i still thoroughly enjoyed it.
