Now with keema mince added, you can't really see the keema in the dish but it does add that extra depth of flavour.

Lovely looking food there frank!
"Don't burn the spices" is the most dangerous truism of all - because it's incomplete. It should be "Don't burn the spices but do cook them!"
You'll never make BIR if you're too cautious frying your spices.....

Those bhajis look fantastic... what recipe are you using UF? I wouldn't mind having a crack at making them.

I have posted recipe for Bhaji in the Starter section.
No CA was from somebody called dirtymull from another site so credit to him/her.
