Curries from Galway

Post by pauly » Mon Sep 10, 2018 7:26 pm

Whilst you might want to come to Ireland for the beautiful scenery, I'm not so sure about the curries; here are a few from a restaurant in Galway my youngest son visited.

The dopiaza doesn’t look too bad.

I remember going to an Indian restaurant in Limerick many years ago and remember the food being quite nice. I visit Ireland once or twice a year so next time I will be sure to seek out a local curry house (Cork,Limerick and Kerry areas) and report how it is.

Looks like a homemade feed with the big pots, did it taste good.

Cheers Rusty

When I asked my son what it was like he said " Alright" . Take from that what you will.

He’s probably used to the standard of the Pauly household curries

 Thanks for that Bandit, he's been eating home made curries since he was three, although it might be why my sons come back home usually for Saturday nights which is always curry night here.

Sounds like a good arrangement, Pauly.

I agree with Bandit.
