Dogway's curry photos

Post by Dogway »

I decided to make this thread to post all my curry photos, many of them are curry recipes from other countries or websites but to some degree they all have been adapted, hope you like them.

My spice box, currently all receptacles have been divided so more room for different spices. I bought a tea box, applied some varnish and let it dry. I keep it in fridge, no issues with bugs.

Thank you rusty! By the way, I also added the lock system, stole it from another box and stuck some padding on the lid rim so it closes hermetically.

My photos are not super professional, just brief set up, natural light and hurry to eat. ^^

All looks very nice, But when are you going to try some typical BIR-style curries, rather than traditional-style curries, Dogway? Or do you have you no interest in BIR-style curries? :hmmm:

Ah yes, I have plenty of typical BIR curries, I just thought these would break the monotony a bit, legume based, next time I will post BIR curries. I recently bought kashmir chiles so that's where my next recipe is going to go -chicken kashmir-.

It just ocurred to me, I can't post BIR curries here right, I must post them in each recipe's thread, is it correct?

Please read the rules associated with this section of the forum:

"PLEASE POST PHOTOS RELATING TO A SPECIFIC RECIPE IN THE ASSOCIATED RECIPE THREAD - Photos and discussions relating to a specific recipe to be posted in the associated recipe thread. Please start a new thread for a new (discrete) topic."

This applies whatever style of curries they are.

Then I will be posting here non-BIR curries dishes, if that's ok with you (since I couldn't find threads for these dishes in the forum).
Thanks for the help.

By the way, thanks steveparadox and Rusty for the compliments. I searched hard, there are so many variations of a single dish that I had to make a long research for each of them. Mixing legumes and curry is a total winner, flavour plus healthy proteins, need more recipes.
