We had a vegetarian home style curry tonight : Madhur Jaffrey's Beetroot with Onions, Chana Dhal with Pilau Rice.

I couldn't eat beetroot though .... it's filth :D
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....
