You should probably include Natterjack's Precooked Potatoes and Goncalo's Precooked Vegetables, if you're going to include precooked vegetables/ingredients....

And Alex Wilkies salt and chilli potatoes please.
They look terrific. Bought the potatoes, but yet to try them.

Re: Vegetarian Recipe Index
That's "Rajma", dear boy - Hindi for "beans". "Ramja" is (apparently) the Portuguese word for "grit" - my dish is not supposed to be gritty

Re: Vegetarian Recipe Index
Perhaps some of our vegetarian members would like to volunteer, since it would be in their own interests?

Still looking for someone willing to bring this up to date and to maintain it (6CJRQO clearly isn't finding the time). Any offers, please?

Re: Vegetarian Recipe Index
BIRcurries members, I have been asked to take over the Vegetarian Recipes Index and am happy to do this but rely upon your help. If you have a vegetarian recipe then please:
1] Post it in the appropriate section
2] PM me that you have posted a recipe (a link to the recipe would be appreciated)
3] Consider taking a photo (or photos) and adding them to your post
4] (optional) Take a look at menus from BIR restaurants / TA's that you frequent / like / remember from wayback. Write your own menu entry describing your recipe in the style of your favourite BIR menu.
As always, original recipes preferred, please, or fully credit the source if you have copied it from somewhere / someone else and then only with their express permission. This site is not Reddit or Pinterest.
5] If there is enough interest and the Curry Club keeps going (which I sincerely hope it does) then I would welcome feedback on whether there should be two categories per month - meat and veggie - or not, of course.
6] Vegetables are generally available wherever you are in the world so I urge those of you who have some great veggie recipes to post them here for the benefit of other members and I urge the meat-eaters to consider trying some veggie recipes even if it is only as a side dish.
