Mini base recipe if youve got 5 mins

Precooked chicken,

3 large tomatoes, seeds n all
1 clove garlic
! tsp cumin
! tsp Turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste, A sprinkle
2 tsp sugar.
1 tsp methi leaves
2 chefs spoon oil
Fresh corriander
100ml water

Time 15 mins
Put all in a bowl/ jug except chicken/methi leaves/corriander and smooth to a fine puree,

Add oil to pan add mixture, cook until oil seperates and mixture goes thick add water and pre-cooked chicken, simmer, add methi leaves and fresh corriander,

What, no onions? Are you back on traditional Indian cooking and curry bases, snoopy? Anyway, thanks for sharing. Maybe some members will find that it's precisely what they have been looking for.....
