Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, about one of the simple recipes posted in this Beginners' Guide section of the forum, in the associated recipe thread. Also, please feel free to post your results (including photos) if you try one of the recipes.

For any other questions, please feel free to ask them in this thread (but please do a search, to see if the answer already exists, first!) where we will endeavour to answer them by directing you to an existing thread that answers your question. Questions will be complied into this opening post, from time-to time, with the associated links to the answers.

I would like to see more questions added to the FAQ section. Here are a couple:
How many ml/oz is a chef's spoon?
How many ml/oz is a ladle?

I'm sure there are lots more, but so far I don't know enough to know what I don't know.

Thanks for your questions. I'm sure many forum members (including me) also struggle with them. I have updated the FAQs, with a link to the appropriate thread, and have moved replies to that thread.
