I made this tonight, an unusual curry to say the least but also very nice, I've never had a bad curry off of here! The heat from the Naga coupled with the citrus flavours worked very well.

Some changes from the quoted recipe - no shatkora so I took the earlier suggestion of using a little less than 1/4 of a grapefruit and added some orange zest.

Good work Damien. Looks tasty! Nice one for trying it with the grapefruit/lime substitute. Have you had a shatkora curry from a restaurant before?

Nice one, glad you tried it and yes its a different type of curry but we still enjoyed it, definitely worth a go it you have never had one

Hi Steve,

No I've never even seen this on a menu anywhere before, but having made it now I would certainly order it if I saw it on a restaurant or TA menu, Thanks for opening up another curry dimension for us all!
