They look very nice, We bought some huge prawns the other week and to be honest they were not great flavourwise. Just bbq'd them with a little garlic, ginger, chilli and oil. Next time the shell is off and they are getting the tikka treatment. Thanks for sharing the recipe

This looks seriously good. If I hadn't got a batch of Blade's tikka in the fridge then I'd go for this.

I like the idea of adding some of my Spanish paprika to this. I can taste it already!

Anybody going to try this (or, at least, have any questions about it)? Seems like it would be really nice! And from someone who cooks curries for a living...too boot! :yes:

Would like to have tried this as well, but my local supermarkets only carry one of the Patak's ingredients.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
