Great photography - you've done fabulous job of showing off those dishes.
Re: Cory Ander's (CA's) Recipes Index
I'm new on this forum, recently signed up and got the ebook and just wanted to say your recipes are better than all the cookbook recipes I have made.
I stumbled on this forum by accident by just searching recipes on google. I just wish I had found this forum a lot earlier. Would have saved me so much time and money experimenting on my own trying to replicate the restaurant curries.

Hi Cory
I have now made a few of your dishes and yet to be disappointed, it's hard for me to vote and compare to the UK curries as its been so long since I have been home, and as you know the curries here in Oz are a bit different but saying that the flavours you produce definately jogs my memory so thankyou.
Cheers Rusty

Every CA recipe I've made has been a winner. Made the king prawn vindaloo tonight and yet again; winner. Ugh, so good! Next time I'll take pics - I got too excited and just dove in.

Looking great,
Very handy to have them all colleted to this page, so easier to pick one to try cooking.

Don't worry about it, we get some rather "odd" personalities (sometimes "sock puppets") tumbling through the forum, from time-to-time. If you look through their posts, you will see that many of their posts are a little obscure.....

Re: Cory Ander's (CA's) Recipes Index
Cory I just wanted to say thank you for these. I've found your recipes very easy to follow and your mixed powder recipe is the favourite of those I've tried. The addition of Youtube videos was fantastic and I really do hope you continue to upload (though with fewer injuries please!).
