That looks top notch stevielaad!

Westy's Pathia with some boiled rice, only 1 teaspoon of chili powder and 30ml of oil instead of 100ml as we go on holiday in a couple of weeks

Dipuraja1´s Chicken Biriani but instead of his mix powder I decided to use a biriani spice mix. It was delicious. The brand is called SAFA. Is anyone familiar with it?

 Chicken Madras and Aloo Gobi, easy with frozen pre-cooked chicken and aloo Gobi ... Oops no base in freezer .. Argh .. Only a kilo of onions in the cupboard, but 2 and a half hours later we have a batch of MRs base (added 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder and 1/2 tsp GM to the base .. very nice). Another thumbs up from the wife for the Madras and veg curry.

Just a veggie madras and onion rice for me tonight. I pre-boil the potatos and carrots, defrost the peas in some warm water and chuck all that in...and plenty asian green chillis!

Recently we had Achari Chicken (a recipe with evaporated millk) and rshome123´s lemon rice. A great combination... 8-)

Cooked up a new, somewhat experimental but very much based on what others have done batch of base gravy and made a Jalfrezi last night and a spicy Korma tonight, both are rshome123 recipes, pictures and comments posted in the appropriate threads.

Mine was a Malaya for SWMBO and for me a 'bung it in and see' - 2 tsp each of GnG paste, mix and Kashmiri chilli, one tsp each of garam masala and Mr Naga. Very nice it was too with an onion fried rice.
