BIR Curries better than in some restaurants

Post by mrtaylor » Tue Jun 12, 2018 12:45 pm

I think the BIR curries are better than some dishes in indian cooking books. When i tried too cook them for the first time it reminded me to the "indian restaurant"
I never had this experience by cooking with the typical indian books.
Maybee its the style of cooking (reduce with hot temeperature)...i like it very much
