Just want to say; THANKS!!!

Post by seyffer » Mon Dec 18, 2017 12:39 am

I probably creep more than I should, and this time of year has me all nostalgic, so just wanted to give heartfelt thanks all y'all (esp the admins of this site) for posting all this amazing information/education up here on the interwebs. It's become a mainstay resource of education/information in my culinary adventures here at home this year, and I appreciate it (and so does my family - who gets to eat all my experiments!!!) very, very much.

So, thanks all - hope you had a great 2017 of cooking adventures, and here's to new, wilder adventures in 2018.

What recently dawned on me is that this forum enables me to experience new recipes to see if there are new varieties of BIR curries I might like.

Usually when I go to a BIR I choose one of my 2 fave curries. I don't normally try new stuff in case I don't like it. Then it would be waste of money.

At home "I can try before I buy". I can " experiment" to my hearts content with these recipes you guys have very kindly posted.

Thanks a lot. I love it.

In case my earlier post gets lost - just wanted to thank Cory for posting the recipe for Kashmiri Paste - a god send.
Does anyone know if h4ppyleader ever published his ebook ? Interested in obtaining a copy. Appears his last video on line was about 4 years ago.
He is good value !
