Lack of Flavour?

Post by Neelio »

I find that I don't get a lot of flavour from the dried and have to add quite a lot. Do u guys think that it's the quality rather than what I am adding? I used a box of dried from teaco. Usually there spices etc are good so assumed this would be.

How much would you say is quite a lot ? A normal amount for a single curry would be a teaspoon, perhaps yours has gone stale.

Sounds like it's stale, to me. Sometimes it's stale in the shops.
