Can't find dried methi around here.

Post by gloomygus »

Frustrated lately about lack of dried Methi (fenugreek) here in my part of the USA.
Been to a couple hindi markets, and have found seeds, but not leaves.

Will probably need to find some on line.

If you have patience, you can sprout the seeds to produce fresh methi.

Takes only a few days.

Really pungent.
