What is kasuri methi?

Hi all,
May dome one explain me what is kasuri methi ?
I read that is dry leaves of mustard... is that true?

It's dried fenugreek leaf, and is easily available from most Asian stores..

if you have any fenugreek seeds you could plant some in a pot and grow your own they dont take long.
