Sorry to hijack the post but didn't want to start a new one. Just wondering if anyone managed to get the e-book printed anywhere, like a proper glossy paged recipe book that can be left open on the worktop and a few curry spits from the pan won't do any harm?!

No, sorry, for various reasons we never managed to get a hard copy produced. The best I can advise it print off at home and place in a file inside those wipe clean plastic holders!
