The pork vindaloo I made Haldi is nothing like a BIR, to be honest the first time I used pork and I will admit I prefer chicken,lamb and beef. Most of the flavour was from the marinade as not much spice got added to the curry and no base gravy. It did have a lot more flavours then a BIR Vindaloo. Ch...
