Thanks for the info guys..The reason for the amended recipe is because when I first asked my chef Mr Singh about the ingredients,and this was before I had seen him cook one he never mentioned anything about garlic butter and red masala sauce..It was only when I had seen him making it for the first t...

No there shouldn't be Charlie...Its just a basic curry with the addition of garlic butter...I also add a level table spoon our red masala sauce..Haven't had a look at the book in over 5 years when it was first published ..So my thinking is it is still the same...I haven't a book to hand to check it ...

Thanks SB..The plate was on loan..I have to say using a home tandoor as opposed to gas in the takeaway tastes a helluva a lot better because of the charcoal..And Mr Singh agrees, it does taste better,,Thanks SB..
