Re: Friday TA-Chicken Madras. Tandoori Garlic Chilli Chicken
Nice one Charlie Thanks for sharing your views on your latest take-way, must be worth all the effort travelling that sort of distance ? Naga, that's something I haven't had in a while, having gone head to head with my son at Christmas on a teaspoon full of Mr Naga pickle from the jar, I must admit t...

Re: Fenugreek leaves
Personally John, I wouldn't bother growing your own, just not worth all the effort, and will probable cost you more in time than just buying a big bag from ebay, of course opinions will vary, but that is mine. Once you have some dried Methi, just smell it, it's unique ! . . and when you cook with it...

Re: Fenugreek leaves
I agree with Pauly, Methi is an essential ingredient when cooking a BIR Jalfrezi & Madras, ground fenugreek is not the same flavour at all ! - there's plenty to choose from on Ebay , just type in methi leaves, but not going to be much use if you want it for this weekend.

Re: Chicken Passanda
Hi Pauly I understand from your opening comment that this recipe is a smaller " Ladies Portion" and having not tried it yet, I cannot make a direct comparison to the recipe that's in the Ebook that I have tried and liked very much. In fear of breaching anyone's copyright, and so Without di...

Re: rshome123's Recipe Index
I really cannot understand how you have the time to cook all these excellent curries, edit and upload them to YouTube, and then appear to be on this forum 24 hours a day ? - How ever you manage to do it, well done !
