A Phaal hmm I don't normally do Phaals this could be interesting.

I called into my local Asian store today the Kashmiri in Middlesbrough and bought a jar of mixed pickle some samosas fresh coriander and garlic. I'll have another go and compare them.

I gave it a go unfortunately the only pickle I had in was garlic I was bit apprehensive but it turned out to be very nice indeed. a bit more sauce next time I think but other than that a winner in my book.

Well I have got all my ingredients ready I'm going to do a base to morrow and Ill have a go at the recipe over the week end.

I'm going to give this one a go at the weekend I need to make up a base Im all out.

Hmm reading this is making me hungry.
