I might have to get the kindle version as well. I don't use my kindle very often but it might be handier than the laptop in the kitchen. Well done all for the great efforts.

I think I was a wee bit heavy on the spices in the korma, but it tasted nice if not a proper exceedingly mild one.

Haven't got to the Turkey Curry yet but this year instead of the usual ham for Christmas Eve we decided on a curry night, So I set to and did a Phal and a Korma. Haven't added the cream to the Korma yet as I was waiting for the rice to cook.

That's better. Hope they taste as good as they look.
